About Liz — My Story

Hi, I'm Liz — a qualified Holistic Animal Health Practitioner, Canine Nutritionist and Animal Naturopath based in Warrington. I offer online consultations to pet owners worldwide, as well as in-person appointments locally.

My journey into animal health began seven years ago, when my first French Bulldog suffered from severe digestive problems as a puppy. The ongoing gastrointestinal upset and poor overall health he experienced led me to explore a different path — one that focused on the root cause rather than just the symptoms.

Through extensive research, I implemented a carefully managed elimination diet alongside selected natural supplements to help identify potential food intolerances and support his gut health. It took time, patience, and a lot of learning — but the results were remarkable. His digestion, energy levels, coat quality, and overall wellbeing all improved dramatically. So much so that our own veterinary surgeon commented that he was one of the healthiest French Bulldogs they had ever seen.

That experience changed everything. It reinforced my deep belief in the power of nutrition, gut health, and holistic support as part of an integrated approach to animal wellbeing — and it set me on the path to making it my life's work.

Six years ago, I founded Pets Boutique Ltd, initially as a raw feeding, natural treat and supplement shop. Over time, as my qualifications and knowledge grew, so did my passion for helping other pet owners find natural, evidence-informed solutions for their animals. Today, I offer a full range of holistic health consultations, tailored nutrition plans, allergy and sensitivity assessments, and naturopathic support.

I share my home with my two French Bulldogs, Sergio and Pablo, and my cat Ceejay — who keep me very much on my toes and remind me every day why this work matters so much.
