FAQ's

1. What makes your raw food different from other brands?

Our raw food products follow the BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) model-meaning they’re packed with natural proteins, essential nutrients, and zero fillers. We carefully source from trusted UK suppliers to ensure quality, freshness, and nutritional integrity in every pack.

2. Why should I choose natural treats over conventional treats?

Natural treats contain simple ingredients without artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. They provide a wholesome reward for your pet and are often easier to digest than highly processed alternatives.

3. Do you offer products for pets with allergies or sensitive stomachs?

We do! Many of our collections include hypoallergenic options, such as single-protein raw meals, grain-free treats, and gentle supplements. You can filter by “Sensitive” or “Allergy-Friendly” on our shop page, or email us for personalised suggestions.

4. How do I store frozen raw food once it arrives?

Your frozen raw food will arrive in insulated packaging to keep it cold. Once received, simply store it in the freezer until you’re ready to use it. Thaw in the fridge overnight and serve as directed on the packaging. Always handle raw meat safely.

5. Are you a vet?

No. Services are educational and wellness focused and do not diagnose or treat disease.

6. Do I have to feed raw?

Absolutely not. We support raw, cooked, cold pressed and other feeding approaches.

7. Can you help if my dog already sees a vet?

Yes-our services are designed to complement veterinary care.

8. Can I book remotely?

Yes.

Important Information About Our Consultation Services

All consultations offered by Pets Boutique are nutritional and holistic in nature. They are designed to support your dog's health and wellbeing through diet and lifestyle guidance, and are not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If your dog is unwell, losing weight unexpectedly, or displaying symptoms that concern you, please consult your vet before booking a consultation. Where a health condition has already been diagnosed, we ask that you let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure the right session is recommended for you and your dog.

Our allergy and digestive support sessions are intended to complement any veterinary investigation or treatment your dog may be receiving - not to replace it. We always recommend working with your vet alongside any dietary changes for dogs with ongoing health conditions.

We are committed to taking a joined-up, whole-dog approach to health, and are happy to liaise with your vet where appropriate to ensure your dog receives the very best care.

By booking a consultation with Pets Boutique, you confirm that you understand the holistic and nutritional nature of the service provided.
