Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Our website deliveries are provided by a 3rd party, and all issues with delivery and packaging will be dealt with on an individual basis. By placing an order on our website, you accept these terms and conditions for our shipping and delivery.
All deliveries referred to are UK mainland only. We don't offer delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland and the rest of Europe, however worldwide exporting options are available to you via email or phone. If you happen to have placed an order from outside of Mainland England, Scotland or Wales, we will be happy to deal with any refunds on an individual basis.
If you feel you have received a product that is faulty or spoiled then please contact us immediately and we will again deal with refund and exchange options on an incident by incident basis. If your delivery arrives significantly later than as advertised, please contact us to discuss a refund of your shipping fee.
Collection orders are available. Once ordered, collection orders cannot be modified and changed to become delivery orders, and vice versa. These two order types are processed differently and therefore cannot be adjusted post-payment. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Please contact us via email for all question related to our shipping policies.
Important Information About Our Consultation Services
All consultations offered by Pets Boutique are nutritional and holistic in nature. They are designed to support your dog's health and wellbeing through diet and lifestyle guidance, and are not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If your dog is unwell, losing weight unexpectedly, or displaying symptoms that concern you, please consult your vet before booking a consultation. Where a health condition has already been diagnosed, we ask that you let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure the right session is recommended for you and your dog.
Our allergy and digestive support sessions are intended to complement any veterinary investigation or treatment your dog may be receiving - not to replace it. We always recommend working with your vet alongside any dietary changes for dogs with ongoing health conditions.
We are committed to taking a joined-up, whole-dog approach to health, and are happy to liaise with your vet where appropriate to ensure your dog receives the very best care.
By booking a consultation with Pets Boutique, you confirm that you understand the holistic and nutritional nature of the service provided.
